Leadership Rooted in Service

Our board members serve as active stewards and passionate volunteers who guide, support, and participate in the daily life of our Waldorf community.

Their work ensures that our Association remains true to its mission, always growing and evolving alongside the children and families we serve.

How the Board Makes a Difference

  • Strategic Guidance: Setting direction and ensuring our Centre stays aligned with Waldorf principles and local regulations.

  • Supporting Teachers: Providing mentorship and resources for professional development.

  • Parent Engagement: Organising regular coffee mornings, parent forums, and feedback sessions.

  • Community Events: Leading major festivals, workshops, and fundraising initiatives for school improvements.

  • Building Partnerships: Connecting with the ECDA, international Waldorf bodies, and local early childhood networks.
