A Worldwide Waldorf Community

Waldorf education is renowned worldwide for its holistic, child-centred approach, emphasising creativity and respect for childhood. With over 1,100 Waldorf schools and 2,000 kindergartens in more than 80 countries, it nurtures imagination and curiosity.

Artistic activities, such as painting, music, and creative play, are woven into daily life, enhancing problem-solving skills and self-expression. Each classroom honours the unique developmental stages of childhood, supporting natural growth.

Additionally, Waldorf pedagogy fosters empathy, community, and a respect for nature, promoting a balanced development of thinking, feeling, and doing. This movement unites families and educators in cultivating confidence, compassion, and a lifelong love of learning in every child.

Our Global Affiliation (German)

The Waldorf Steiner Education Association Singapore is proudly recognised by Freunde der Erziehungskunst Rudolf Steiners e.V. (The Friends of Waldorf Education). It is the international body that connects and supports Waldorf initiatives worldwide.

This partnership gives our teachers access to global training, mentoring, and international events.

It keeps our Singapore community linked to the latest research, best practices, and a network of passionate educators and families across the world.
